Sometimes, I just see things pop up that I think are particularly cool, or moving, or important in some way. It happened recently when I was reading about this eyewear company, Jonas Paul, that sells glasses for kids online, and also supports charitable work in the field of vision and blindness prevention. The Lions Clubs International has a lengthy history of serving kids in need of vision care, which is also really cool. Anyone who has worked in a retail clothing store knows the pain of constantly refolding the clothes that discourteous customers pick up, look over, shake and twist around, and then leave in a heap. I just returned from a work event in Chicago, but alas, I did not try the clear pumpkin pie at Aliena.
