Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Once your order has left my hands, the shipping time for the post office varies depending on things like local post office efficiency, weather conditions, delays in customs offices and holiday-season workload.

I ship via USPS First Class mail. See below for upgrade information.
Within the US: 2-10 business days (usually 2-3 business days), not guaranteed
International: 2-6 weeks (usually 2 weeks), not guaranteed

PRIORITY MAIL (Upgrade Option)*:
Within the US: 1-3 business days, not guaranteed
International: 6-10 business days, not guaranteed

PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS (Upgrade Option):
Within the US: 1-2 business days, guaranteed (2-day)
International: 3-5 business days*, guaranteed (5-day) to major destinations in Australia, China, France, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Spain; not guaranteed to other countries or non-major locations*

FEDEX (Upgrade Option): (Delivered with NO signature required)
Within the US: 3 business days, guaranteed
International: 5-7 business days, guaranteed


* Please note the shipping time for starred options above are estimated, not guaranteed, to be delivered within the specified time period. I do not refund regular or upgraded shipping costs for items that arrive later than that shipping time (unless I’ve specified it as guaranteed to your location).

DOMESTIC TRACKING
All orders (except samples) will have a tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your package. The tracking system can be unreliable – not all post offices/people scan the packages, and sometimes the information is delayed – so the information may not post until you have already received your package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER TRACKING
Tracking on international First Class and Priority shipments is only available to those going to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada and Croatia. All other orders' last tracking will end when the package leaves the US Port (usually Los Angeles).

CUSTOMS/DUTIES:
International buyers are responsible for any custom fees or duties for the package. Please investigate these fees before ordering.

Color Variation
Monitors display color differently. Please be aware that the printed materials you receive may be slightly different because of that. For custom announcements, please order a sample first if you want to see the exact color.

Returns
Ordered the wrong item? Send it back! As long as it is unused and in the same condition as I sent it out and shipped back within one week of receiving, I’ll refund your money for the item/s. You’ll have to pay the original shipping and to send it back to me, though. Custom orders are not returnable for obvious reasons.
