We are on a limited shipping schedule for July. Orders will ship within 1-3 business days, and some custom ordering options will not be available. Thank you for your patience!

Processing Time
Stocked orders ship same or next business day, unless otherwise indicated in our shop home page or on the listing. Custom orders ship out within seven business days of purchase.

U.S. SHIPPING
Most orders ship with standard first-class postage through USPS, but there are upgrades available at checkout. Shipping times for the post office varies depending on things like local post office efficiency, weather conditions and holiday-season workload.

Shipping times below do not include processing time (see “Processing Time” above). These are estimated delivery times, unless they state “guaranteed” after. We do not refund regular or upgraded shipping costs for items that arrive later than the estimated shipping time (unless specified as “guaranteed”):

FIRST CLASS MAIL* (may not have tracking):
2-10 business days (usually 3-5 business days), not guaranteed

PRIORITY MAIL (Upgrade Option)* includes tracking:
1-3 business days, not guaranteed 

PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS (Upgrade Option) includes tracking:
1-2 business days, guaranteed (2-day)

FEDEX (Upgrade Option) includes tracking: (Delivered with NO signature required)
3 business days, guaranteed

6-10 business days, not guaranteed

INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS (Upgrade Option) includes tracking:
3-5 business days*, guaranteed (5-day) to major destinations in Australia, China, France, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Spain; not guaranteed to other countries or non-major locations*

INTERNATIONAL FEDEX (Upgrade Option) includes tracking: (Delivered with NO signature required)
5-7 business days, guaranteed

Custom Fees and VAT
Most countries charge Value-Added Tax (VAT) or Customs Fees when buyers purchase from items from the United States. These are not shipping charges, they are taxes, and buyers are responsible to pay these taxes/fees within your own country when your items arrive. We are not able, nor allowed to, collect or refund VAT/Customs Fees.

 

RETURNS

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong items:
• Contact us immediately, within 14 days of delivery.
• For stock items, we’ll send instructions on how to return your items.
• Returned items must be in new condition and in full sets.
• The product-portion of your returned order will be refunded.
• Original and return shipping is buyer's responsibility.
• Custom orders are usually not refundable.

If your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping:
• Contact us immediately, within 14 days of delivery.
• We will work to get your order completed right away.
