Terms and Conditions

Upon making a wholesale order, retailers agree to the terms and conditions below. 

Opening order minimum: $200.00   •    Reorder minimum: $150.00

For orders made directly on the website, orders will ship when paid in full. Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping - you must select a wholesale-shipping option when ordering from FINCHandHARE.com

For email or telephone orders, shipping charges will be added to your final invoice and charged on the day of shipment. Payment of initial order via Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover prior to shipping. Orders with balance due will not ship until account is current. 

Online sellers
We sell to brick-and-mortar store customers only. For online reselling of FINCH and HARE products, they must be listed as a FINCH and HARE product and have a corresponding brick-and-mortar store. Reselling on Amazon, Ebay or Etsy is prohibited.

Product minimums
Individual greeting cards must be ordered in sets of 6 per SKU, other products in sets of 4 or 6 per SKU.

Shipments
Orders ship within 1-5 business days, unless requested otherwise by FINCH and HARE or Buyer. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground and charges are paid by the Buyer. Shipping-method requests must be made prior to or with the order.

Returns and exchanges
All sales final. Refunds within one week of receipt of merchandise on damaged or defective goods only. Refunds returned via original form of payment. Purchases made via Faire must adhere to Faire’s guidelines for returns and refunds.
