Terms and Conditions

Upon making a wholesale order, retailers agree to the terms and conditions below. 

Opening order minimum: $150.00   •    Reorder minimum: $100.00

For orders made directly on the website, vendors should select the "WHOLESALE customers only - Shipping to be invoiced" option for shipping at checkout. When your order is ready to ship, FINCH and HARE will send you an invoice with your shipping charges to be paid upon receipt. Orders will ship when paid in full.

For email or telephone orders, shipping charges will be added to your final invoice and charged on the day of shipment. Payment of initial order via Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover prior to shipping. Net 30 terms may be available to existing customers. Orders with balance due will not ship until account is current. Late payments have a fee of 10% per month.  

Online sellers

For online reselling of FINCH and HARE products, they must be listed as a FINCH and HARE product. Reselling on Amazon, Ebay or Etsy is prohibited.

Product minimums

Individual greeting cards, enamel pins and tag sets must be quantities of six per SKU; stickers in quantities of four sets per SKU. 

Shipments

Orders ship within 2-4 business days via USPS Priority Mail, unless other arrangements have been made between buyer and FINCH and HARE. 

International buyers are responsible for receiving country’s import fees and VAT. Unclaimed or refused packages will not be refunded for shipping and billed for any costs incurred.

Returns and exchanges

All sales final. Refunds within one week of receipt of merchandise on damaged or defective goods only. Please take pictures of damages that occurred through shipment. Refunds returned via original form of payment.
